Introduction to Power Query

If you spend more than two or three hours a week in Excel, then Power Query could make your life significantly easier.

Power Query is Microsoft’s best kept secret, an enormous toolbox of easy to use tricks for cleaning and transforming data. It’s been part of Excel since the 2010 edition, but is shockingly underused. If you undertake any kind of repetitive process in Excel (for example, downloading and cleaning reports from a system, copying and pasting data between sheets, preparing data for reporting etc) you will find something useful in Power Query.
