My engineering organisation playbook, which includes detailed frameworks for performance, structure, people management, security & risk management, and incident response, has been instrumental in growing startups from pre-seed to successful funding rounds, including an $80m Series B serving billion-dollar multinational clients. I have always had an eye on utilising technology for good, and when I joined Unitary on an interim basis, a company dedicated to making the internet safer using Artificial Intelligence, my passion for tech for good was re-ignited. I was brought in to transform the people side of the technology team, and it was a joy to be able to rally the team behind such strong values.
