I'm a Product Manager at a small charity and I'm responsible for a suite of bespoke software applications, as well as our CRM, website, project management tools, plus hosting and security. I have a background as an IT business analyst in agencies specialising in integrated CRM and website development. As part of these roles I've been involved in both sides of the ITT/tender process, both as an agency pitching for work and as a charity seeking suppliers. I've also done user research, understanding business needs via stakeholder interviews, capturing requirements, developing a roadmap of priorities and evaluating the success of digital projects, plus ongoing monitoring via analytics and continuous user engagement.

I'm particularly interested in charities that deal with social justice, mental health, employment support and financial/debt advice, but I am also interested in active travel, housing and privacy/digital rights. I want to be a trustee so that I can support the amazing work that charities are doing to help people who are struggling and make the world better, and put to further use the experience I've gained throughout my career.
