I'm a former content designer turned service designer who is passionate about taking complex things and making them simple.

I first started working with the third sector during the COVID-19 pandemic, when many organisations were struggling to deliver their services online for the first time. Though my volunteering work, I was able to help a number of charities and social enterprises use digital and design to better support the people who use their services. I left my public sector role in 2021 to take a service design role in the charity sector, where I championed accessibility, open working and focusing on user needs.

I want to be a digital trustee so I can continue to help charities harness the potential of design and digital. I'm particularly interested in causes related to inclusion, accessibility, women's health and social justice.
