I am fascinated by how people interact with digital products. I enjoy helping organisations understand their services from an end user perspective, working with the business to apply that insight into innovative ways that really add value.

I am passionate about inclusive design and accessibility standards. I work with clients to help them create clear guidance on implementing and delivering inclusive digital services that help achieve people-centred experiences.

I manage an Accessibility Champions Network in the Scottish Government to help spread awareness and importance of the subject and to upskill colleagues to consider accessibility in everything that they do.

I would like to be a Digital Trustee to guide and support charities in the area of digital accessibility to ensure that their practices are inclusive as they can be.
