"Leading with purpose" is my personal mantra. I believe in living a purpose-driven life, underpinned by core values of giving back, continuous development and wellness, to inspire others and impact lives.

I am keen to combine my almost 20 years' worth of consultative enterprise technology sales experience with my passion for giving back and education, to inspire and make more of a strategic impact on others' lives. Becoming a Digital Trustee seems like a great way to do so.

I am interested in working with charities that support causes that I am passionate about, ideally those promoting the development of disadvantaged/underrepresented groups through education and/or sports.

There are 3 key areas where I believe my experience and skills could be beneficial as a Digital Trustee:

1. Strategic planning: As a Senior Account Executive with almost 20 years' Sales experience, I engage regularly with senior C-suite stakeholders (CEOs, CMOs, CTOs, CIOs) at leading brands, to demonstrate how technology can add value to their strategic business objectives/goals. Hence, I have extensive experience working strategically and leading/presenting business value to senior stakeholders.

2. Communication: As part of my life mission to promote workplace diversity, inclusivity and racial representation, I’m the Communications Chairperson for BOLDforce UK, an employee-led Salesforce Equality Resource Group that promotes the advocacy, development, empowerment, support and celebration of Black excellence. I am part of the leadership committee and I am responsible for BOLDforce UK's communications for events, celebrations and initiatives.

3. Coaching/Mentoring: I am passionate about coaching and volunteering, with particular focus on disadvantaged and underrepresented groups. I have been a weekly Session Volunteer at a charity called Literacy Pirates for over 4 years (since 2019), helping primary and secondary school children from disadvantaged backgrounds improve their confidence in reading and writing. I am also a Football Association Level-1 qualified coach and the Assistant Coach of Dulwich Village Football Club’s Under 11s team.
