I work as a product coach, supporting digital teams in the charity sector to optimise their product development process, adopt agile working practices and embed data and customer insight into their decision making process.
I previously headed up the Digital Product Delivery team at the British Heart Foundation, playing a key role in the charity’s digital transformation. Before joining the charity sector in 2014, I worked in digital marketing and digital content roles in the publishing and travel industries.
Today, I split my time between product coaching work and working as a freelance illustrator.
I have seen first-hand how digital expertise at Board level can help to remove barriers for digital teams, and is critical to accelerating the pace of transformation in the sector. I'm interested in a wide range of causes, with a particular passion for tackling isolation and opening up access to the arts.
