I currently lead the software engineering function at NHS Education for Scotland. We build digital products and services serving the workforce and the service users in health and social care in Scotland. One of the main reasons I chose this role is for the social impact that is possible through succesful execution. For the same reason, as well as my professional development, I hope to support a third sector organisation as a digital trustee. I could support the board to understand their needs, develop strategy and deliver solutions in the areas of software, data and security.
