Every website that we develop has a purpose: to make the world a little bit better.
Because we only build websites for organisations that are about more than profit, we understand the sector as well as we understand the technical stuff.
We know that your audiences, your ethics and your budget will be different from private companies. But we also know that they’ll be different from other charities and community groups. That’s why we work closely with you to make sure you get a website that fits your brand and does what you need it to do.
We ask you
We meet with you and your stakeholders to make sure we really understand what you want from your website. We talk about big stuff: your organisational aims and the challenges you face, as well as simple things like pictures and fonts. We can make suggestions and guide you through the options, in line with your budget.
We get to work
Our team of technical and design associates get to work building your site. Most of our sites are built using wordpress ( including our own) but our technical geniuses can work in other platforms if you prefer.
We stay in touch
We keep you up to date with the progress, answer your questions and listen to your feeback. We use basecamp, a dedicated project management tool, to put you directly in touch with the developers who are working on your site.
We show you how
We’ll come along and train you on how to manage and make the most of your website. As well as showing you how to edit and update the site, we can offer training on writing for the web, multimedia content and measuring how people are using your site.
We stick around
When your site is ready to go, we’re around to help you with any teething problems. We’re also available if you decide that you’d like any changes made, or anything added to the site.
Get in touch to talk about how we can help with your new website.
