Hope 4 The Community CIC (H4C) is an award-winning social enterprise dedicated to supporting people with long-term health conditions and their carers to take control of their health and wellbeing. Since we started in 2015, nearly 30,000 people have taken part in our Hope Programmes, which are co-created with healthcare professionals and individuals with lived experience, ensuring they’re practical and evidence-based.

The pandemic pushed us to go digital, and it’s transformed the way we work. Our efforts were recognised this year when we were named the 2024 Tech for Good: Technology Social Enterprise of the Year at the UK Social Enterprise Awards!! Which is an amazing achievement for us.

We are a small, dedicated team, passionate about making a difference, but we know there is always room to grow. Our digital maturity is strong, but we lack in-house strategic expertise to guide us as we look to future-proof our platform, expand our partnerships, and reach even more people in the UK and beyond.

We are looking for a digital health expert with:
- knowledge and experience in digital health technologies, including the design, development, and scaling of digital health platforms.
- skills to support us to future proof our digital infrastructure, ensuring it’s adaptable to changing technologies and user needs.
- contribution to advancing our online delivery models and data integration.
- experience in AI, digital therapeutics, or health tech start-ups would be particularly valuable.

We are looking for people who share our vision, are passionate about digital health, and care about creating social value.
