In this workshop, we will focus on the first stage of the service design and delivery process – Discovery – and explore The Scottish Approach to Service Design (#SAtSD).

About the trainer

The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) is the national membership organisation for the voluntary sector. 

SCVO lobbies the government on policy issues, creates jobs for young people and supports organisations to embrace and promote digital skills. They also help with day-to-day stuff, like affordable office space, discounted training courses, funding opportunities and information and support to help people set up and run their organisations.

This session is only available to staff, trustees and volunteers of third sector organisations - charities, community groups, social enterprises and housing associations.
