This workshop will help people to understand how Google works and how SEO plays into it; a short introduction to the discipline. Additionally, attendees will be guided through comprehending their own website positions on Google.

 

This workshop is aimed at third sector professionals who may feel intimidated by SEO or is looking for a better understanding of it.

 

What you will take away from this workshop:

 

  • An understanding of what SEO is
  • An understanding of how Google works
  • How to discover your own website positions on the search engine.

This session is open to any charity sector employees and volunteers across the UK. Where spaces are limited priority will be given to grant holders of The William Grant Foundation, The Robertson Trust, Inspiring Scotland, The National Lottery Community Fund and The RS MacDonald Charitable Trust.
