Leadership Skills to build a digital culture

The role of leaders in supporting digital culture, or transformation, is paramount. This workshop will help you to develop skills, tools and understanding to lead in a way which creates a culture where tech/digital thrives and enhances outcomes for your organisation. As a leader, you ‘set the tone’ for the rest of the team – role-modelling ‘what we stand for’, and supporting others through change. For digital transformation to work, leadership must promote a culture which allows this to happen. This workshop will help you do this.
