What’s it about?

This workshop is an opportunity to learn about how organisations can get better with data. You’ll get a chance to explore how your organisation is doing right now, and how you compare with data maturity in the sector. We’ll explore the important factors for success and key considerations in a data strategy. And you’ll also find out about available resources and support to help you improve.

Who’s it for?

Anyone in a charity or third sector organisation who wants their organisation to get better with data. It is particularly aimed at ‘non data people’, especially leaders, or those who are responsible for data who might be interested in using data more effectively for their cause but don’t know where to start.

Who will be running the workshop?

The event will be facilitated by Sian Basker, Co CEO of Data Orchard an award winning UK social enterprise specialising in helping organisations get better with data. Sian will be sharing findings from their national research on data maturity the nonprofit sector and explaining how you can quickly measure and benchmark how well your organisation is doing and identify where you need to focus to improve.
