I've spent the last 35 years working in the System Integrator and Outsourcing side of IT. I have been a CTO for the world's largest SI's for over 20 years. During this time, I have helped large Enterprise customers like Lloyds Banking Group transform into digital businesses. I'm now looking to leverage my experience in the 3rd sector with a view to giving back. I've recently setup Tuscan Consulting with the primary aim of helping and working in the 3rd sector. My skills are wide and varied, but the ones I can see would be useful are around Enterprise Architecture and Strategy. And digital transformation, ie how do business use new technologies like Gen AI and Cloud.
