I'm a designer by trade with 10 years of experience working for leading digital transformation consultancies and agencies in Scotland. I've spent my career in user experience, user research and service design roles, helping clients adopt and embed user-centred design practises, transforming their services as a result.

I work best when I'm collaborating, be that with stakeholders, business analysts, designers, developers or users. I've worked on complex, high profile digital transformation projects for clients like the NHS, National Records for Scotland and Scottish Courts.

Having worked primarily on projects for the public and charitable sectors in Scotland, I believe I can bring practical experience as a Digital Trustee to support an organisation in using digital and design to maximise the services they provide and the capacity they have to do so.
