Experienced public engagement professional with a demonstrated history of working in the data research industry. I currently work for Research Data Scotland as the Public Engagement Officer. I am skilled in co-ordinating public panels, deliberative workshops, and engagement events. I also have a digital engagement background, with strong experience in content creation, website management, social media management and communications. Also skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. A dedicated professional with an MSc in Science Communication and Public Engagement from The University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Marine and Freshwater Biology from Edinburgh Napier University.

I want to be a digital trustee because I want to bring the public into the heart of data and technology considerations. I am passionate about making the public voice heard and ensuring they get an opportunity to have their say. This is something I have championed across my three previous roles, and I would like to help other organisations do the same.
