For the last 6 years, I've led digital transformation projects across the charity and public sector. As a design lead at TPXimpact, I've lead service design projects with charities including Kinship, Gamble Aware and Parkinson's UK.

I'm passionate about designing digital services for people who need them most and who may be marginalised or excluded from existing services. I've designed services for people diagnosed with Parkinson's living in remote places far from physical support and for kinship carers isolated from an emotional support network. My user-centred design leadership within large-scale digital transformation projects ensures that shifts to incorporate digital opportunities are designed with people's needs at their heart.
