Hello!

As an entrepreneurial and driven Recruitment Director who has exclusively operated across the charity and social impact space since 2014, I am emboldened by the rapid advancement that all sectors are experiencing. To put it bluntly, it has, and always will be the organisations who deliver meaningful work on behalf of individuals, communities, and our planet that I'm most interested in partnering with and supporting longer-term.

I am seeking to become a Digital Trustee because I have had a growing, and active involvement in the digital evolution and development of the charity sector for the past 7 years. I am engrossed in topics and themes related to user research, in relation to product development and service design, AI and the enhancement of data capture and visualisations to better understand fundraising and supporter insights, and also the ever-changing cultural-shift surrounding hybrid, remote, and the new working world that we are existing within. While my wealth of experience relates to employability, recruitment, coaching and mentoring, volunteer coordination, community building and business and partnership development, it's the recruitment and consultation of digital-related positions in which I spend 80% of my working time involved in.

I am incredibly open to the cause and 'purpose' of an organisation, and I prefer to consider charities on a case by case basis, as opposed to limiting myself to, for example, exclusively a homelessness or health related NGO.

At this point in time, I am hungry for continuing my own personal and professional development and I'm looking to now deploy my acquired knowledge and expertise in digital, by supporting a dedicated NGO in a non-executive capacity.
