My whole career was and is focused on data; and database technologies. I worked for different types of companies: small startups and scaleups, philanthropic and finance, both internally and as an external consultant. Now I run an IT consulting company, Vettabase.

I aim to use my data skills and the knowledge I accumulated about all aspects of IT to help charities.

My approach revolves around a few points:
- The focus is a cause and organisation's goals, not my ego;
- Connect to all the people that I impact on, or impact on my work, ask, listen, communicate, collaborate;
- Come up with new angles;
- Ask silly questions before coming up with smart ideas: deep understanding, not assumptions;
- Constantly improve skills, processes, tools.

I aim to be a good citizen and give good vibes.
