Throughout them years I have honed the ability to balance the costs of implementing technology and teams with the commercial advantage.

I believe that most groups, whether they be businesses or charities have opportunities to make huge leaps of efficiency of what they hope to achieve. This is largely done by understanding the group’s challenges then applying the correct balance of build or buy, and finally getting employees and volunteers to be fully signed up to any process changes from a cultural point of view.

The approach mentioned has worked in both large businesses like the Economist and William Hill and in SMEs. I would love the opportunity to demonstrate how this can be achieved starting at a board level.
