Throughout my career I have worked at both small and large digital agencies, and over the past 9 years have worked for Hive IT who have a passion for supporting 3rd Sector organisations. Through this experience, Ive been able to recognise that whilst 3rd sector orgs know how digital can help enable and support their services, the funding isn't always there to support their ambitions. Thats why I want to become a digital trustee - because I know that I can provide support and guidance without using up the precious budgets that are needed for services that make a difference.

Whilst I cant write code, I understand the complexities of software development projects, from big to small and I can help translate technical jargon in to user friendly language, helping to dispell confusion and understand the path forwards. I am also passionate about User Centered Design, failing fast through iteration and delivering value. I can help champion this whilst balancing business stakeholder needs and requirements of which I have vast experience.

I am most passionate about the environment as well as supporting people in need and would be extremely proud to support an organisation working in either of these fields.
